最近找回2017年第三次打坐十日後的「坐後感」筆記,覺得與其放在臉書沉底,不如在這裡公諸同好。這十年來不時有朋友問我內觀(Vipassana)是怎樣的,既躍躍欲試,但又難免有些害怕,畢竟十日起跳的課程,比起其他三五天的禪修冥想打坐,門檻和時間成本也高很多。在2017年參加十日打坐後,我當時一出關不久就決定要紀錄一下。這裡是整理當時的筆記,也加了一些update。
