2 hrs experiment w paul, body feel so painful today, it help to gain my strength back and restore my flexibility. i feel my body like the steel...

0 stage: stick exercises,

keep your foots stick on grass, your partner will use long stick, directing each of your right palm/ left palm/ left foot/ right foot, following the stick try to extend your body align with the movement.

stage 1.

1. bear pose (walk like bear, front leg straight, back leg can be bend) both arms touching the feet, try to extend upper body and closer to the legs as possible. slow walk from tree to another tree

2. monkey pose (squat heel down, both arms, both legs) both arm go to the right side, lift up the leg/body and moved to the other side, continue, to the right tree, and back to original tree.

3.dragon pose (bend the knee, cross the leg, turn the body, cross the leg turn the body, move right tree and back)

stage 2

4.lizard pose? (push up pose, stay there, palm and knee stay on grass, keep body as close to the ground as possible, move the body to any direction. )

5. tennise ball (right hand play tennis ball on the wall for a min, change to left hand play tennis ball on the wall. switch and switch)

6. handstand (body close to the wall, try to get ur legs up, it is ok not getting it, but keep trying is the key)

each stage repeat about x3

then to 2nd stage.

before the end,

mix 1st stage three pose into any movement, continuously

it was most fun part of the exercses

end it with standing meditation.

i'm not excited to this guided meditation,

feel nothing compare when i do it myself

my body already say yes to take the continue class.

i asked god i need to restore my body and strength,

here he comes.
