Ice cream waffle shop at Bonham Strand – The best waffle I have ever eaten

Our office is closing for Chinese New Year holiday, so we are quite busy lately, that’s why I didn’t active so much to comment on the other posts, sorry about that. And I think I need to make long story super short today either as there is couple of quotations that I need to send to customer today, I am still waiting for the costing, hell can I send the quote out?

After we have done for the Gilman’s Bazaar, we moved to Bonham Strand where mainly is the office tower, but if you look closer you can still find some unique shops out there. We saw a shop which is selling the second hand stuff, there must be a lot of treasure inside if you drill deep enough, unfortunately they were preparing for the shop opening, I couldn’t go in to take a look.

When we walk further to the second hand shop, we found that there is a ice cream waffle shop, so we wanted to try, it was too early and there was nobody in the shop, we were the only customers, so we kept talking to the shop owner while waiting for the waffle.

All I want to say is that the ice cream waffle is the best waffle I have ever eaten there, I haven’t go there again, and no idea if there are still there. Maybe I need to visit there again on some weekend.
