"Suffix" Writing Camp: Accompany You to Interview a Matters’ Citizen

Suffix（《後綴》）is a Web3 magazine dedicated to Matters, starting from 2022.02.02 (a self-interview), mainly to promote the spirit of "becoming your first reader".

"First Writer" means a beginner writer, or "the first person to write", which is understood as: "The first person to write a certain subject or form."

Suffix believes on Matters: "Being a good writer" and "being a good reader" are equally important.

🔰 Duration: From May 1st to October 31st, 2022

🔰 Who can join: All Matters citizens can apply, and the writing is limited to Chinese or English.

🔰 How to proceed:

"Suffix" writing camp will arrange an "interview editor" to accompany an interviewer to write. From the perspective of "first reader", the interview editor assists the interviewer to expand his/her writing, provides suggestions for revision, and guides to publish on Matters and Suffix Logbook.

No charge for the camp, and you can also receive LIKE after publishing the article!

🔰 Applicants (i.e. interviewers) need to choose one of the three groups (see below) to apply:

• Proposals (by Email) will be accepted from May 1st. Please send to Joanna (Interview Editor). E-mail: yoginijoanna@gmail.com.
• The format of the letter title: "Matters citizen (Matters ID) wants to register Suffix Logbook writing camp (which group).
• In the letter, please attach the link to your Matters home page and answer the “proposal questions” (about 300 words) OR an “Interview Draft” (preferably via google doc link).

🔰 Please intuitively answer the following proposal questions (about 300 words):

• Which citizen do you want to interview? Why? What is the most curious and interesting thing about him/her?
• Which article of this citizen impress you the most? (Please attach link) Why? Please cite a passage from the article, and your thoughts on this passage.
• What question do you want to ask him/her? Did he/she agree to be interviewed? Or, if you already have an "Interview Draft", please directly send the first draft.

🔰 Which group (of three) should the applicants choose?

• Group A: Choose to interview citizens who are "non-Civic Likers." The Subject (Content) of the interview is not limited.
• Group B: Choose to interview citizens who are “Civic Likers." The subject (Content) of the interview is not limited.
• Group C: Choose to interview citizens who are “Civic Likers." The subject (Content) of the interview is limited to "blockchain", "Crypto currency (Credit Card)," and "Web3."

Note: 

• Whether the "interviewee" identified as Civic Liker is determined by the time of sending the proposal.
• Those who have obtained the consent of the interviewees and who have more complete interview proposal will be given priority to enroll. (In order to encourage more citizens to participate, if receiving interview proposals of two people interviewing each other, one will be selected for enrollment.)

🔰 Notes for publishing interview article:

• Interviewers participating in this event must complete the article of more than 1,200 words, and publish on Matters after the consent of the interview editor before October 31, 2022. Please tag 「火箭基金《後綴》寫作營一飛衝天」 and associated with the article 《後綴》採訪寫作營：陪你採訪一位市民.
• Please note that the interview editor will arrange the publication date in the order of interview completion, and the editor and the interviewer will coordinate a publication date.
• If the interviewer wants to simultaneously post the article on other platforms, please reach an agreement with the interviewee.

🔰 "Interviewers" who have successfully posted the article:

①Get a "Suffix" commemorative badge POAP (participation certificate)

②Get 350 LIKE 

③Can participate in "Suffix" Logbook, and put your own interview into the Logbook. 

④Get a "Surprise Capsule Toy" (Limited!)

The top 2 Interviewers in each group A, B, and C who have finished posting will also receive a "Surprise Capsule Toy". 

(Each group will provide a 芝麻貓 version and a 巫筆 version. Whoever finishes first has the right to choose first.)

What is "Surprise Capsule Toy"?
The creative concept is quoted with the consent of 芝麻貓 . The client (Suffix) provided the artist with 3 portrait photos, and the artist drew the painting.

🔰 After the article is successfully posed, the "interviewee" of the article:
① Get 150 LIKE 
② Get a cute "Editor-in-Chief" NFT

"Editor-in-Chief" NFT is a surprise NFT drawn by 芝麻貓 for "Suffix". It has been minited as a limited NFT (and registered ISCN ID), and will be given to the camp’s interviewers and interviewees who have completed posting the article (by request.)

Special statement:

• If the citizens participating in the writing camp cannot cooperate with the progress of the expansion and revision of the draft, the organizer has the right to replace the candidate.
• If there are matters that are not clearly explained in this announcement, the organizer and Matty will announce at any time in the comment area below, and reserve the right to make a final decision.
