八十後，雖身患鼻咽癌，仍相信憑著盼望，可以和所愛的人一起變老。
抗癌日記 ( 2020 年 7 月 10 日)
這幾天也在看ViuTV 的一個節目 「調教你男友」，沒有甚麼大道理大啟發，只是覺得一班男人在完全不接觸女朋友的情況下，一齊在南丫島「浪漫」七天，是一件很Boyish 很「中學生」的事情。要真正學習「承擔」與「負責」，不單不是短短一個禮拜的事，而且更沒有滿師的一刻：唯有不斷學習，嘗試，道歉，認錯再嘗試。

節目的英文名稱是 “Be a Better Man”，主題曲當然是 Robbie Williams 的舊歌。RW 的歌一落陪伴我走過A-Level，副學士，以及大學生涯的那幾年。除了 “Better Man” 以外，想籍此機會分享一些我覺得好聽的歌和有意義的歌詞：

受疫情所困，希望大家都能盡量留在家中。而目前工作中上的許多安排，也因為未來種種的不確定性而充滿變數，很多時候星期一，二所預備的，星期五已不合用。很快大家又要重新「隔着螢幕做人」，所以更需要建立一個好的生活習慣，讓自己在遠離眾人目光之下，仍然堅持 be a better man.
