Although the majority of users on Matters are Chinese speakers, the community expresses great interest in International issues. There is a vibrant Russian-speaking community on Matters and we know that Vladimir Understanding is the one who connects the Matters community through a Russian Web3 platform.

We are honored to invite Vladimir Understanding to share valuable experience and thoughts with us, including how he built up the web3 Russian community, the ecosystem of the Russian Web3 community, the situation of crypto in Russian speaking countries and in Russia in particular.
