validator identification

classification of validators in international format

Explanation: when determining possible options for delegating currencies, the user is faced with information on remuneration as a percentage of his contribution to the development of the network and the work of the validator, since the number of validators with an equal interest rate can exceed tens or even hundreds of options, the user relies only on the number of delegated coins this validator and the name of the validator, which I think is wrong.

I propose the following:
Before the name of the validator, introduce generally accepted international standards for designating the characteristics of validating computing power in a specific format, which I will describe below.
This type of encoding will help users determine how validating machines and their owners meet the requirements of delegators, ordinary users who are just learning an introduction to the blockchain, as well as advanced users, in other words, determining the status of the validator and its reputation model by the community.
I propose to introduce and use the following format for designating validators:
The first character is the letter indicating the status of the validation machine: "P"-
physical; "V"-virtual. The following characters will indicate the main native language of the holder of the validation power in the Alpha-2 (ISO 3166-1) format (two-letter designation), also through a slash: "/" indicate the country where the computing power is located (it is possible to indicate several countries as well through the same "/" sign, then if there is an opportunity and desire to prescribe the city where the server is located in the format (define the format in the form of international airport formats already defined) cities example based on the city of St. Petersburg : LED.
Next, you need to indicate the power characteristics of computing servers, in the following order: the first digit is the number of processor cores * number of threads * the amount of RAM * memory format * Internet connection speed: in the format 1 - 1Gbps, 0.8 - 800Mbps (if necessary, it is possible to supplement the formula with and the format of hard disk designations) (8*16*32*D5*2 - means that we are dealing with an 8-core processor with 16 threads, 32 gigabytes of ddr5 RAM, a connection speed of 2 Gbps)

Here are some examples: 1.
V.ES/SV8*16*16*D3*0.5 - (ValidatorName)
Which means that we are dealing with a Virtual Validation Machine, founded by the owner of the Spanish language, whose server is located in Salvdor, has 8 cores, 16 threads, 16 gigabytes of DDR3 RAM with an Internet connection speed of 500 Mbps.
2.
P.RU/DE/MUC32*64*128*D5*10 - (ValidatorName)
What does it mean that we are dealing with a Physical Validation Machine, founded by the owner of the Russian language, whose server is located in Munich, Germany, has 32 cores, 64 threads, 128 GB of DDR5 RAM and an Internet connection speed of 10 Gbps.

I very much welcome comments and comments on this proposal, I am ready to work on it and help our community to come to the best interaction between each other! Sincerely,
Bison666.
