I suffer from the stomach ache for several years, so I rarely eat out, especially in restaurants with poor hygiene conditions. For this reason, I have to learn to cook something I like to eat.

Fried dumplings is one of them, for I absolutely love this kind of food.

我的肠胃不太好,因此很少在外面吃东西,尤其是卫生条件不那么好的饭店。因为这个原因,很多时候我不得不学会做一些自己喜欢吃的东西。

水煎包/煎饺就是其中之一,我简直爱死这样食物了。

P1 is made with leftover Xiaolongbao(steamed small meat dumpling in basket).

图一是用吃剩下的小笼包做的,第一次做这道菜反而是最成功的。

P2 was made during the last holiday, using the celery-pork dumplings that my mother specially made for me. Maybe I put too much water into the pan while frying the dumplings, the dish didn't look good (it didn't affect the taste).

图二是上次假期里做的,用的是妈妈专门给我包的芹菜猪肉饺子。不知道是否是煎饺的时候水放得太多了,这次的卖相看着不太好(不影响口感)。

Generally speaking, adding an egg is enough. I also put sesame seeds. If you have shallots at home, you can put some.

With vinegar, pour a cup of fruit tea, a very good lunch is done~

一般来说,加一个鸡蛋足以,蛋饼要薄点才好吃。我还放了芝麻,如果家里有小葱的话也可以放一些。

配上醋,倒一杯水果茶,一顿很不错的午餐就搞定啦~
