moonbeam: delegation application renewal

Hello everyone!

I have been a validator of the LikeCoin network for a year and a half now. Together with the network community, I have recently participated in the following events:

1. Updating the node to version 3.1.1
2. Deposits and votes in the latest proposals on the network

And I also reached the number of 165 different delegators for my validator.
