Em…I have been eating a lot since my wife comes Hong Kong meanwhile I can’t go exercise for weeks after recovering from Covid, will my weight go back to 80KG+? Hopefully not, otherwise I need to put much more effort to loss weight after Lunar New Year holiday 😳😳😳😳
