If you book a ticket with Virgin Atlantic and change your mind within 24 hours, you can cancel for free, as long as it is at least 7 days before your flight. After that, depending on your ticket type and where you're going, cancellation could cost you.

If you have an Economy Lite flight ticket, unfortunately, you can not cancel it or get a refund, but you may be able to change it if the rules allow it. But if you have an Economy Classic flight ticket, Economy Delight, Premium or higher class ticket, you can cancel as per the ticket rules and get your money back.
