我很高興為各位解說，有關八思巴佛學院(現:臺灣薩迦寺)在臺灣一事。我認為這是相當重要的，因為在臺灣的行者，非常熱切的追隨佛陀的教法。並且佛法對所有眾生來說是一切幸福與安樂的根源，而且事實上 佛陀教法之實行，是以道德行為基礎去實踐的，它的架構與一般傳統的習俗相同。 首先需要先學習佛法經論，否則就無法集中精神作思惟，若不能專一的思惟，很難達成任何具體的善果，因此研讀經文中深奧的意義與特質是相當重要的，藉此我們還可以去除邪惡，快樂的享受在真理的財富之中。接下來，將有一條清晰的道路，引導我們通往沉思與觀想的境界，透過觀想，我們可以訓練自己的意念、去除負面的情緒，進而達到解脫與開悟的狀態。 所以佛學院的學習課程規劃，對於那些在臺灣熱衷追隨佛陀教法腳步，與堅定信念的行者們是非常重要的。我希望在這個籌建的計劃中，去完成一個圓滿且成功的結果。

I am happy to explain you that the message to start the Sakya Phags-pa college here in Taiwan. I think this is very important because people of the Taiwan is very eager to follow the Buddha Dharma, and the Buddha Dharma is the source of all the benefits and happiness to all beings. And the Buddha Dharma is actually of the practice based on the some moral conducts that makes studying contemplation and meditation, and the general structure is common in all traditions. And the first step is to learn Dharma, without learning Dharma that one could not do the contemplation and meditation. Without this of course, it is difficult to accomplish in the results

Therefore, it is very important to study the profound meanings and traits of the sutra. Through it, we can remove the darkness of ignorance and enjoy the wealth of knowledge and there will lead you a clear way to do the contemplation and meditation. And through the meditation, one can train the mind solidly to eliminate all the negative emotion that one can accomplish the liberation and enlightenment. Therefore, the Taiwan Sakya Monastery studying program is very important, and particularly the people of Taiwan who are very eager to follow the Buddha Dharma and who have the faith in the Buddha Dharma. So this project I wish complete success and in your endeavor.
