This Qingming, a Time to Weep, a Time to Mourn

Chinese national flag flies at half-mast at Tian'anmen Square in Beijing to mourn martyrs who died in the fight against the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak and compatriots who died of the novel coronavirus pneumonia.

People also bowing their heads to mourn while the national flag is lowered to half-mast.

2020，the whole world is hit by the epidemic hardly that Qingming's mourning offers a way to say farewell to the dead, console the living, and heal the wounds of personal and collective pain. 

April 4th is Saturday, which marks this year's Qingming Festival, or Tomb-Sweeping Day – a traditional festival for Chinese families to visit the tombs of their ancestors to clean the gravesites, pray to their ancestors and make ritual offerings.
