Dear users:

BitYard plans to merge NuCypher ( NU ) and Keep Network（KEEP）Token, details are below:

1. Suspend trading and delist every Nu & KEEP spot trading pair (NU/USDT, NU/BUSD, KEEP/USDT) on 12:00/16/02/2022(SGT).

2. BitYard will open new Trading pair for T/USDT. (BitYard will make a separate announcement after the merge)

3. We will recover all NU and KEEP balances and begin the distribution of T to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 NU = 3.26 T, and 1 KEEP = 4.78 T.
