• Explain your situation to Facebook by typing it so that Facebook understands the situation more clearly. 
• As soon as you will hit on the send button your form will be submitted and now what you have to do is to wait till Facebook contacts you back or enables your account for your use. 

Method no. 2 – If you have disabled your account on your own 

These steps for disabled Facebook account recovery are to be followed when you have disabled your account on your either to take a break from Facebook or for any other reason. 

• The users first need to go to https://www.facebook.com on the browser which you are using on your device and then move ahead for the next step. 
• This step will be on the login page of Facebook where you will need to fill in the email address or the phone number which is associated to your account. 
• Now, you need to fill in the password of the account which you have deactivated and now want to recover. 
• Make sure to fill in the correct password and in case you have forgotten the password of your account you need to click on forgot password and recover the password of your account. 
• After filling in all the details you need to click on the login button and then you will see the option of cancel deletion. But you will get back your account only when you are trying to do so within 30 days of deletion.
