纪念八九六四31周年 | 你听到那战鼓声了吗？费南多

“Fernando” （费南多）是上世纪七十年代闻名世界的瑞典流行乐队ABBA（四个乐队成员名字的缩写）在1976年推出的一首歌曲，当年就售出六百多万张唱片，后来在全世界一共售出一千多万张（历史上只有三十多首歌曲达到这个水平），成为这个乐队销量最高的单曲唱片之一，在十三个国家的流行歌曲排行榜登上榜首，在澳大利亚连续14周排名第一，连续40周在排行榜上。它为ABBA 赢得了第一个国际奖。

这首歌有三个语言版本：瑞典语，英语，西班牙语。有趣的是，最早推出的瑞典语版，原来是一首爱情歌曲，唱的是歌手对名叫费南多的失恋的朋友的安慰。Björn Ulvaeus （ABBA 其中的一个B）对歌词不太满意，在一个夏天的夜晚，他和朋友在户外喝酒聊天，仰望星空，忽然获得灵感，后来用英语把歌词改写成了两个参加了1910年墨西哥革命战争的老兵坐在篝火边回顾往事。

西班牙语的歌词基本上是英语歌词的翻译。

英语的歌词是这样的：

最早听到这首歌的时候是八十年代中，我还是个中学生，除了歌名，基本上听不懂英语唱的是什么，只是觉得曲调好听。多年以后人在美国，在网上发现了这首歌的歌词，被强烈地震动了，才理解为什么这首歌会经久不衰，在全世界千千万万的人心中引起共鸣。我仿佛在歌声中听到了枪声，听到了战车的轰鸣，眼前似乎看到了熊熊火光。那一句“我们那么年轻，充满活力，谁也没准备去死”，让我热泪盈眶，眼前浮现的是一张张年轻稚气的脸。就象歌里唱的那样，为自由而战的，多不是无所畏惧的巨人勇士，更多的是战胜了自己内心恐惧的普通人。

一个瑞典歌手，用英语写作，主题是在大西洋另一边鲜有人提起的墨西哥战争中的两个老兵，却成就了一曲全世界传唱的经典，因为它唱的，是人类永恒的主题：为自由而战！
