成天空想無益，認真工作的人才真的需要想點子! 但大多數的精力其實是花費在平庸的點子上! 換句話說，就是無法創造產出的想法太多，導致真正能有影響的想法被埋沒了。確實如此，大腦成天有無數個念頭，但真正會被感知並留存而且據以行動的念頭少之又少。要多觀察自己的思緒，靜坐是個好方法!

別太關注自己的短板，拼命想要補短，卻造成了截長。這是個充分分工的時代，只要不讓短板變成致命點，就可以停止補短板，而花更多的時間去最大化自己的強項，把某個專項磨成尖!

​丟出的石頭，如果沒有外力作用下，他就會沿著既定的軌跡行動，物理學這樣講，現實生活也是這樣! 生活中所有的改變都是因為你在某個方面承擔更多而推動的，當抱怨生活一成不變沒有進展時，為何不看看你有多承擔些甚麼了?!

​這一篇寫得相當美，水不像石牆一樣會阻擋你，但他總能到達他想要抵達的終點。水是耐心的，滴水穿石，切記，當你無法穿過障礙時，向水學習，繞過他! 正所謂，山不轉，路轉；路不轉，人轉。
