: Organize topics, decide booklist and send it at least to one prof
2) Paper: Finish TW paper
3) Teaching: lectures, sections, office hour, meeting, grading (nf#1, Oct 15th)
4) Recommendation Letter: Finish it
5) UNESCO Proofreading
重新整理:
计算每天工作了多少小时固然重要,但效率太低,计算出每日工作时数再长也是无意义的。因此重新整理了schedule,以任务为主轴,完成为目标,时间用来算效率。

1) Lit: empirical studies in TW (frame, ideology), no study on two orgs, add previous part as ending
2) Case: briefly explain (borrow from Ind-Stu paper)

5) Method: Framing process (borrow from Ind-Stu paper) 
6) Method: Inter-coder (borrow from Ind-Stu paper)

(-) 今天又感觉自己“焦虑”得很严重。

Weekdays: 33H [ave=6.6H]
Paper: 26H
Teaching: 5.5H
UNESCO: 1.5H
似乎还是没有办法把教课和研究做好平衡。我观察到的是,每次“卡壳”我都很容易会找各种其他事情转移对“卡壳”当下这件事实所产生的消极感受。
我想,接受此刻自己的情绪,无论多么得消极悲观。接受它,感受它,理解情绪就是会来,那它自然也会走。

没刻意记录时间。发现不记时间,压力会小一些。
两日都在写paper,完成了Case部分。
