重新整理:
计算每天工作了多少小时固然重要，但效率太低，计算出每日工作时数再长也是无意义的。因此重新整理了schedule，以任务为主轴，完成为目标，时间用来算效率。

似乎还是没有办法把教课和研究做好平衡。我观察到的是，每次“卡壳”我都很容易会找各种其他事情转移对“卡壳”当下这件事实所产生的消极感受。

我想，接受此刻自己的情绪，无论多么得消极悲观。接受它，感受它，理解情绪就是会来，那它自然也会走。
