看美劇《Glee》第二季，其中一集的主題就叫做Born this way。

那集內容講述Acceptance。接受自己。

無論你生來如何，你總得接受自己。

即使有不完美，那也別具意義，

優點也好，缺點也好，統統都是與生俱來，

就算無法對缺點感到自豪，

至少該接納自己的不完美。

有人不滿自己的長相，有人不懂得唱歌跳舞，

有人愚蠢有人患強迫症，有人生來只喜歡同性，

別人也許對你產生歧視，

但我們首先要做的，就是接受自己，

別人瞧不起你，那是別人的問題，與你無關。

將別人的問題當成自己的問題，那才是你的問題。

你總是以獨特的方式，活著，美麗著，滋潤著別人的心靈。

PS. 當然，有些問題還是得面對。像是劇中人物患上強迫症，不能一句“我就是這樣”便放任自己，正如劇中醫生的回應：“你不會對一個糖尿病患者說：你就是這樣，然後放任其飲食，又不加以治療。”所以，如果是必須解決的問題，還是得積極面對。
