I’m not gonna tell you this is the best sweet ice in Taiwan. I just wanna share with you a good choice of sweet ice with handmade dumplings that could have as your lunch in hot days in south of Taiwan.

焦糖煉乳包心粉圓，再加「冰」字，一口氣要唸九個字，但這九個字內含四種食材，一字不能省，這是第一項特點。

“Caramel Condensed Milk Heart Tapioca”,what a long name for a dumplings ice. Actually, the name of this sweet ice should be added “Ice” that’s a 6 words description.

That’s the first wonder of it.

第二項特點：焦糖加煉乳，聽起來像越吃會越熱的食材，卻在實際體驗台南與高雄熱天午後，得到頓悟：

除了冰，熱到什麼都吃不下時，這冰裡的焦糖加煉乳，隨冰水融化，提供濃郁的高熱量，效果等同冬天酷寒時，喝一大杯焦糖拿鐵咖啡。

Caramel and Condensed Milk, those were ingredients could make you hotter in Summer.

But if you visited south of Taiwan, you would know that the high temperature mixed the power of humidity is so difficult to resist. And you might choose to have some sweet ice as your lunch.

As the ice melting with Caramel and Condensed Milk, you could taste a magical flavor just like Caramel Latte.

第三項特點：包心粉圓，乍聽不稀奇，非得到台南或高雄嚐一次焦糖煉乳包心粉圓冰，才能了解：

這是「進化版」的包心粉圓，不是普通青蛙下蛋的黑白兩色粉圓，而是咬下彈牙，還讓你不斷好奇下顆粉圓裡那顆子粉圓是甚麼口味；地瓜、芋頭、紅豆、綠豆、巧克力等，任何想得到揉進粉圓內餡的食材，都有可能嚐到，厚實程度，直逼冬天的包餡湯圓。

Heart Tapioca, those weren’t ordinary dumplings. Those dumplings in this ice contained all ingredients you could imagine in Taiwan, such as sweet potatoes,taro,red beans,green beans,chocolate and etc.

如果你是粉圓控，冬天又愛喝焦糖拿鐵咖啡，在南台灣酷暑下，有吃冰替代午餐的想法，我吃過台南、高雄兩家焦糖煉乳包心粉圓冰，都堪稱粉圓控的熱天代餐。

But if you loved both of dumplings and Caramel Latte, it seemed to me that’s a great lunch for travelers who might need some cool foods in hot Taiwan.
