區塊世界｜為什麼我要離開akaSwap？

因NFT緣故，由OpenSea的Polygon鏈轉到Tezos鏈的akaSwap，現在又轉到同樣是Tezos的objkt.com這個NFT交易平台。

由OpenSea的Polygon鏈轉去akaSwap，主因是被他們創辦這平台的理念吸引，以及所鑄造的NFT是真正可以上鏈和gas fee便宜。那麼好好的為什麼又轉換呢？

因為我沒有留意平台的「使用者條款與免責聲明」，其中包括「遵守中華民國之法律、法規、命令等規範；」。因為akaSwap是由台灣藝術家阿亂在台灣創辦，所以需要遵守台灣的法律。但對於不是在台灣的創作者，有可能會觸犯當地法律而不自知，引起問題。例如香港沒有的肖像權等的版權法律問題。

因為自己的無心之失，有些作品引起了一些問題。所以為了不想增添平台麻煩，經同相關人士溝通後，我決定將「有問題」的作品下架並銷毀。但因為有些作品已被人收藏，不能銷毀，所以也請了平台負責人將我在akaSwap的帳戶遮蔽，希望盡量減少對平台的影響。

這次事件給了我寶貴的經驗和學習，是一個值得繼續討論的個案。希望會對akaSwap的發展會有些幫助。

由於在Tezos鏈鑄造NFT是直接上到區塊鏈永存，不像在Polygon鏈鑄造NFT先存放在一處，只能在OpenSea網站看得到。所以在Tezos鑄造的NFT完全可以由你來管理，隨時可以搬到其他在Tezos的NFT平台。相當方便。

現在我用另一個錢包地址在objkt.com重新開始，繼續探索和嘗試創造的可能性。那裡的創作空間和自由度相對會較大，我的兒女也跟隨搬遷了。她比我更追求自由創造和國際化的環境氣氛。 順便也介紹一下她的最新作品《The Ukraine Cat With Wine》

This is an artwork of Stephan the Ukraine cat, who is an internet celebrity known for his sleepy/tired face and facial expressions, along with his sitting position and pose. His classic pictures and videos are him sitting next to a table with a bottle of wine. I am a fan of his. On february 24th, his owner discovered that the war had travelled to where they live, therefore they had to leave the country for safety. They are now safely in France as we know from his instagram posts. 

I decided to combine his traveling to safety from the Russian War as a refugee cat, with his signature image. His tiredness and moody face, sitting on the train, next to a bottle of wine beside the window, like he always does at home; The contents we always get from him. Except this time he is fleeing the country from war. Outside the train window is the landscape of war, and the visuals of war happening in Ukraine. Along with the news on the tv above his seat in regards to it.

I want to use this internet icon to express war. Even the cat celebrity we love, from his outlooks being moody with wine and margaritas, ironically has to deal with war, which fits perfectly with his iconic looks. He along with his human, faces the identity as a refugee, with lack of peace and safety. 

Looks like he's so tired and done with war. We all are. Aren't we?
